Kromet Handles Ltd. founded to produce appliance handles using roll forming, stamping and zinc die cast technology
1975
Acquired Alumabrite Anodizing Ltd. in Hamilton, ON providing additional manufacturing and finishing capabilities
1999
Purchased and installed our first aluminum extrusion press in Cambridge, ON
2005
Kromet International Inc. is formed under a new ownership team ushering in an era of growth, expansion, and diversification
2006
Established Kromet Asia Inc., which, in turn, enabled a strategic alliance and long-term partnership with a highly capable Chinese Aluminum Extruder to be formed
2017
Greatly expanded our extrusion capabilities and capacity with the purchase of a new, world class extrusion press. Established our fourth manufacturing facility, located in Cambridge, ON
