your requirements. |
| Roll Forming |
Our
roll forming area contains several machines with
1" to 1 1/2 " spindles and 8 to 24 passes. We roll
form a variety of gauges of cold roll steel, vinyl
clad steel, and pre-painted aluminum. We can create
profiles as narrow as 0.500" up to 9" wide and as
light as 0.010" to 0.080" thick.
|
| Plastic Extrusion |
Our
plastic extrusion area has several machines running
24 hours/7 days a week extruding PVC, ABS and other
engineered resins in single extrusions or co-extrusions.
We produce decorative extrusions for direct shipment
to our customers or for incorporation into assemblies.
We will produce your plastic extrusions to specifications
meeting your requirements, while maintaining the

| Powder Painting |
As
a global leader in the supply of powder painted
metals parts, we offer a complete process of in-house
production.
Pre-Treatment
A vital aspect to the quality of a powder paint
finish is the pre-treatment stage. We utilize a
5 step iron phosphate wash with a de-ionized water
rinse to properly prepare the raw material to receive
a powder paint finish. This process enables us to
pass the stringent salt spray and humidity requirements
demanded by most appliance manufacturers. Care is
taken in the post treatment and disposal of the
chemical to ensure responsible care and environmental
compliance. Total In-House Control
Our paint system enables us to offer our customers
complete design, engineering, fabricating, assembly,
and finishing services. Total in-house control improves
production efficiency and allows us to respond to
our customers' varying needs. Quality
Control
Quality is a mindset and applies to every facet
of our operation. On-going training and visual aids
assist our operators in consistently achieving and
maintaining the surface quality standards our customers
have come to expect.
Our new state of the art powder paint facility greatly
enhances the quality of our service and products
from start to finish. The high volume paint system
was installed specifically to finish decorative
trim parts (aluminum, steel, and zinc) in accordance
with the strict visual standards established by
the appliance industry.

| Anodizing |
Anodizing
is an electro-chemical process that allows aluminum
profiles to retain their metallic luster while accepting
durable and vibrant color. The anodizing finish
greatly increases the resistance to corrosion and
abrasion over a mill-finished product, without altering
the texture of the metal’s surface.
Using a variety of colors, chemical etching and
brightening, our anodizing system offers Class II
architectural finishes and protection for your aluminum
parts.
All completed parts are then carefully inspected
and packaged to maintain their quality and workmanship
during shipment. |
| Brushing and
Grinding |
Specialized
brushing and grinding is applied to aluminum extrusion
surfaces prior to anodizing to achieve our unique
Brushed Anodized Simulated Stainless (BASS) finish.
|
| Light Assembly
|
Our assembly area is prepared to take wet painted,
powder coated, anodized aluminum, steel or plastic
parts, and assemble them to specifications laid
out by our customers, including complete microwave
oven trim kit with duct work and accessories.
We have people working to produce quality parts
for our customers. We have a dedicated team prepared
to maintain top workmanship of all pieces produced
in our plant. |
| In House Wet
Painting |
We
can wet paint an entire part or do selective painting
on specific areas. Parts are painted in a totally
enclosed spray booth, using conventional spraying
processes. Pieces are baked and cured in our 30
ft Curing Oven, then packed directly off the line
or assembled.
