design and engineering assistance to our customers.
We have internal resources capable of assisting
our customers with the design of parts and process
engineering. We have engineers on staff trained
in the use of CAD and Pro E. to assist current and
potential customers with design and manufacturing
requirements. We have embraced lean operational
principles, always looking for the better way of
manufacturing and continuous improvement, offering
high value products to our customers.
We have brought in-house all the processes that
are critical to our manufacturing operations, including
aluminum extruding, plastic extruding, roll forming,
aluminum and steel fabrication, specialized brushing,
forming, anodizing, powder coating, e-coating and
assembly. These investments in bundled manufacturing
capability offer our customers the best possible
solution without limiting the scope and choice of
material and processes.
We will work with you to develop a JIT replenishment
system including KANBAN if you desire. We are working
diligently with our logistics partners to link tracking
of all shipments within our ERP System. Ultimately,
this will enable you to follow your order from quote
to receipt without ever leaving your workstation.
