Quality Assurance Manager, the authority to establish
and maintain an effective Total Quality Management
System. This System will be based on customer satisfaction
and will meet the Standard known as ISO 9001. These
systems will be planned, developed, implemented
and monitored.
Communication to all staff who affect quality is
an integral element within the Quality System. It
shall be maintained through training programs, communiqués
and committee meetings in order to ensure that all
are fully conversant with Company Objectives on
Quality.
The Quality Assurance Manager shall regularly review
the Quality System with the Management Team and
staff to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
