The children had a blast!
On December 10th Santa and Mrs. Claus once
again came to the Cambridge Newfoundland Club
and spoiled the Kromet girls and boys... and
they loved it! Thanks to the social committee
for creating a special time for the children
again! |

Christmas Party 2005 |

After the
Children enjoyed their Christmas party in
the morning the Adult's got together for an
evening of fabulous food, awards, prizes,
dancing and fun, fun, fun! The following people
were awarded gifts for their years of dedication.

A great treat by the new
owners! Tom Mantini and his new partners Ray
Finnie and Randy Straka, with the assistance
of our General Manager, Todd Jarrett donned
aprons and treated all the Kromet staff to
their culinary skills! The burgers and dogs
were great! Thanks to Rosalind Bradbury for
taking the lead in organizing not just the
event but the cooks too! |

Penny, Roz and Chris did
it again!! They organized another successful
golf tournament. A wonderful day was had by
all on June 12th, 2005 at Beverdale
golf club. The winning team members this year
were: Russ Urech, Mike Monti, John Swayze
and Scott Joslin. |

Well, Santa checked his
list and only had to do it once to find all
the Kromet Girls and Boys were good for the
last year. Games, crafts, treats and of course
visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus made this
a fun day for all the kids – young and old! |

A huge pat–on–the-back
for Penny Loranger, Roz Bradbury and Chris
Cobb for organizing such a successful golf
tournament. The weather was picture perfect.
The golf course was in excellent shape. The
hospitality was fantastic. The golfers were
almost tour caliber, emphasis on the "almost".
Congratulations to Steve Roth, Sam Yiu, Solomon
Ngan and John Callaghan for successfully defending
the championship. |

The Kromet Social Committee
organizes the following events for the employees
and families of Kromet:
- Golf Tournaments
- Adult & Children's Christmas Parties
- Summer Picnics
They also coordinate fundraising throughout the
year, such as raffles and 50/50 draws. Please see
your Kromet Social Committee members if you are
interested in helping out at any of these functions.
They appreciate any help they can get from other
employee volunteers.
