We have taken the initiative
and lead in providing design and engineering assistance
to our customers based on our extensive experience
in aluminum extrusion, roll forming and fabrication,
powder coating and anodizing, plastic extrusion
and assembly.
The design team’s goal is to be solution provider
to our customers. We have engineers on staff trained
in AutoCAD and Pro E. Some examples of what we can
do/have done include:
 We
have taken the design lead for microwave oven
trim kits including aluminum extruding, fabricating,
finishing (anodizing & painting), duct work,
UL testing, installation instructions, and packaging.
From concept to finished consumers product.

 We
created a significant cost saving for a customer
by instituting a "running" change of a side-by-side
handle. We replaced a large chrome plated zinc
die cast part, roll formed stainless steel parts
and 1 large stamped vinyl clad aluminum part,
with a full length roll form pre-plated steel
part and extruded PVC insert with vinyl tape
and aluminum foil stabilizer.

 We
developed a spill resistant glass shelf trim
package from a dual plastic extrusion resulted
in significant savings to our customer.

 We
engage in R&D with customers in new product
development – product design, application, material,
process and finishes.
